Example of the design and production of a protective cover consisting of 2 half shells printed in ABS to cover a rotating shaft on an industrial machine. Assembled using countersunk Nylstop nuts and screws. Entirely designed, printed and installed on our customer's premises.

Plastic parts rebuild

We're proud of the work we carried out for one of our customers who couldn't find the parts needed to repair the revolving cupboard in his fitted kitchen. Thanks to our expertise, there was no need to replace the entire kitchen. We reproduced ABS parts quickly and accurately.

Design and production of a torch prototype

When a client gave me the unique challenge of designing a torch for independent cave tours, I saw it as an opportunity to create something both technical and inspiring.

The result: a fully 3D-printed torch, designed down to the smallest detail. The flexible and visually realistic flame evokes a living light. Its ergonomic body combines a twisted rope pattern with ultra-realistic wood grain for a comfortable and aesthetic grip. The subtly flickering light reproduces the warm glow of a flame, with just the right amount of power. A discreetly placed LED under the torch illuminates the steps as you climb, and the entire unit, with no visible screws, is designed to be easily disassembled and repaired. Waterproof and compatible with a charging base, this torch is the perfect example of the possibilities offered by additive manufacturing.

When a customer expressed an urgent need for pliers that were sturdy, ergonomic, and capable of gripping parts firmly without marking them, we rose to the challenge with responsiveness. Thanks to an innovative design combining multi-material 3D printing, we combined a rigid structure for strength with soft, grippy contact areas for a secure and delicate grip. A tailor-made solution that was fast and effective.

We are very satisfied with the flexible protective cover supplied by MAZELINE 3D. Ergonomic, attractive, and above all made of thick, flexible plastic to absorb shocks, it perfectly meets our expectations. The magnets on the back of the cover are very practical for positioning it on our machines.
